- L-Аспарагиновая кислота — природная (неэссенциальная) аминокислота, участвующая в метаболических путях, нейротрансмиссии и белковом обмене. В клинической практике аспарагиновая кислота как самостоятельный препарат встречается редко; чаще используется как компонент нутритивных растворов, пищевых/спортивных добавок и в составе фармацевтических препаратов (соли и производные).
- Применение:
- компонент энтерального/парентерального питания и аминокислотных смесей для восполнения дефицита аминокислот при катаболических состояниях;
- входит в состав биологически активных добавок и спортивных смесей (для поддержки метаболизма и восстановления);
- используется в исследованиях роли аминокислот в метаболизме и нейропередаче (прямые терапевтические показания ограничены).
- (Примечание: для лечения специфических заболеваний применяют производные/комплексы, где роль аспарагиновой кислоты — вспомогательная; отдельные клинические интервенции чаще используют другие аминокислотные препараты.)
